The Lido Swimmers - order now for delivery w/c 30th June
The Lido Swimmers is the latest of my handmade swimming bowls…although not completely ‘wild’ the lido swimmer still embraces the same courageous spirit with probably a little more discipline. A celebration of the fearless urban dipper!
Small hand made decorative porcelain dish measuring approx 12.5cm in diameter by 3.5cm in height. It is internally glazed and decorated with swimmers in a lido surrounded by curtained changing cubicles.
To reflect the spirit of wild swimmers themselves every bowl is completely individual, often slightly irregular, with its own characteristics and always wonderfully unrepeatable!
As with all the dishes they are made to order and delivery normally takes about 3 weeks from ordering. Each is made by hand and no two are identical…it takes a bit of time and care to produce each one so thank you for being patient. My production process is very small scale and as such there may be slight variations in tone and density of colour from bowl to bowl. This part and parcel of the handmade process. Thank you so much for buying them!
All orders are marked with an intended dispatch week on the order confirmation, we cannot however guarantee that your order will be delivered during that week. We make a limited number of products each week and all orders are sent out in the order they are received. If you require a product for a specific date you will need to let us know by email when you order and we will do our best to accommodate this.
